Requesting quotes: how it works
Searching, requesting quotes, talking with suppliers and comparing their offers is free for healthcare organisations and professionals, with no subscription or commitment.
A request's journey in 6 steps
- You describe your need: the equipment, quantity, condition wanted, services, timeframe and delivery wilaya. → Request a quote
- You confirm with a code received by e-mail. No password to create for a first request. → Confirm your request
- Medica Algérie's team reviews the request: it checks that it is clear and legitimate and files it in the right category. Advertising, duplicates and off-topic requests are not sent on.
- The request goes to the relevant suppliers: those who sell this equipment and serve your wilaya, in waves (about ten first, more if answers are slow, 30 at most).
- Suppliers answer you with messages and quotes, in your space. You are told about each answer. → Follow your requests
- You compare and choose, then deal directly with the chosen supplier. → Compare the quotes
