Add an offer to the catalogue
Each device has only one page on Medica Algérie, to which every supplier attaches its offer: condition, price or quote, availability, warranty and services. Your offers show on the product page, under "Where to buy it in Algeria", and on your supplier page.
Step by step
- Open Catalogue (medica-algerie.com/en/app/catalogue) and click Add a product.
- Search for the product by Brand, model or reference.
- Found: pick it (Already in your offers if it is there already).
- Not found: The product is not in the catalogue? → Propose a product page.
- Fill in your offer:
- Condition: New, Used, Refurbished;
- Availability: In stock, On order, Discontinued;
- Price: Fixed price, From, or On quote; then the Amount and Currency;
- Warranty (in months);
- Establishment the offer ships from (optional);
- Included services: installation, training, maintenance, delivery;
- Your reference (your item code, shown to buyers);
- Details: lead time, packaging, options… (500 characters);
- Shown on the product page.
- Save: "Offer added".
Manage your offers
In My offers:
- Edit offer;
- Hide / Show: take an offer off the page for a while without losing it;
- the bin: remove your offer for good.
An offer on a product awaiting review (a page you proposed) shows as soon as the team publishes the page.
Your company is not set up as a supplier
If "Your company is not set up as a supplier" appears, tick Supplies equipment or services in the profile's Activity (see Complete the profile): your offers only show after that.
