Invite your team
Work together on the same company, each with a suitable role. Company admins manage the team; every member takes a seat on your plan.
The roles
| Role | For whom |

| Admin | Manages everything: profile, team, subscription, payments. |
| Catalogue manager | Manages offers, proposed pages and imports. |
| Sales | Handles received requests, answers, sends quotes. |
| Lead manager | Dispatches and follows the team's received requests. |
| Advertiser | Manages ad campaigns. |
| Buyer | Sends quote requests on behalf of the organisation. |
| Viewer | Can look without changing anything. |
Invite someone
- First verify your e-mail address (needed to invite).
- Open Settings › Team (medica-algerie.com/en/app/parametres/equipe).
- Click Invite, enter the person's e-mail and choose their role.
- Send: "Invitation sent".
The person receives an e-mail with a link to join the company.
- If the e-mail could not be sent, or to go faster, Copy the invitation link and share it directly: it works only with that address, until it expires.
- Pending invitations: Send again or Cancel an invitation.
Manage members
Change a member's role, or remove them from the company. You can also leave a company you belong to (a company always keeps at least one admin).
