Forgot password

You reset your password with a one-time code received by e-mail. The same steps let you set a first password if your account was created with a quote request.

Step by step

1. On the Sign in page, click Forgot password? (or open Reset your password directly).
2. Enter your account's e-mail address, then click Send code.
3. Open the e-mail and note the code.
4. Back on the page, enter the Code and your New password (at least 8 characters).
5. Click Reset password.

"Password updated. You can sign in now." confirms the change: sign in with the new password.

You do not receive the code

• Wait a minute and look in your spam or promotions folder.
• Check the address: for security, the site says "If an account exists for … , a code is on its way" without telling whether the address is known.
• Click Send a new code. Only the latest code works.
• "This code is invalid or has expired.": ask for a new code and use it right away.
