Compare and accept a quote
Compare
- Open the request in My requests.
- Click Compare the … quotes.
- The table puts each supplier side by side: amount, currency, delivery time, warranty, installation and training included, validity, status. Cheapest and Fastest are flagged.
If the quotes are in several currencies, "cheapest" is picked among those in the most common one.
Open a quote
Each quote shows the Total amount, the Currency, its validity (valid until), the delivery time, the warranty, what is included, the Terms and details, and often a Quote document to download.
Accept or decline
- Accept: the supplier is told and contacts you for what follows. Accepting a quote commits you to nothing with Medica Algérie.
- Decline: the supplier is told its quote was not chosen.
The order, delivery and invoice then happen directly between you and the supplier.
