Manage several companies
One account can manage several companies (for instance a distribution company and a maintenance company), or be a member of them with different roles. Each company has its own profile, catalogue, requests, team and subscription.
Add a company
- Open the company switcher, at the top of the sidebar.
- Click Add a company.
- Fill in the form as for the first company.
Switch between them
Choose the company in the switcher: the space (catalogue, received requests, statistics, settings) is the open company's. Your personal quote requests and personal notifications stay visible whatever company is open.
Archive a company
An admin can archive the company from its Settings: it leaves the directory and no longer receives requests. Write to contact@medica-algerie.com with any question about deleting data.
