Messages with suppliers

Each supplier who answers opens a conversation with you, linked to the request.

1. Open the request in My requests, then the supplier's Conversation; or open Messages (medica-algerie.com/en/app/messages), My requests tab, which gathers all your conversations.
2. Write your message and click Send (or Ctrl + Enter).

A supplier may ask you a question to price it (configuration, quantity, timeframe): answer in the conversation. "read" shows it has read your message.

Stay on the platform at first

Talking through the messaging keeps the history in one place and protects your contact details. Once you have chosen, share your details with that supplier only.
