Get your company verified
The Verified badge shows on your profile, offers and answers to requests. It puts your company first when requests are sent, and some requesters restrict their request to verified companies only. It cannot be bought and does not depend on any plan.
What the team checks
- Legal existence: the trade register, NIF and NIS match the copies sent;
- Contact details: the address, phone and e-mail are real and reachable;
- Activity: the declared activity matches the equipment shown on the page.
Step by step
- First fill in the trade register, NIF and NIS in the profile (Legal details): the team compares them with the copies. Complete the profile takes you there.
- Open Settings › Verification (medica-algerie.com/en/app/parametres/verification).
- Under Request verification, add a legible copy of each document (PDF or image):
- Trade register;
- NIF card;
- NIS notice;
- optional: Tax article (AI), Approval or authorisation (activity approval, import authorisation…), Other document.
- Add a Message to the team if useful.
- Click Send the request.
After sending
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Verification in progress | The team is reviewing your documents. You can Withdraw the request. |
| Verified company | The badge is shown, valid until the date given. You are told before it expires. |
| Verification request refused | The reason given by the team says what is missing: fix it and send a new request. |
The badge lasts a limited time: renew it when told (a new request with up-to-date documents). It can be withdrawn if the information is no longer accurate.
