Your data and its protection

The supplier first receives your need. Your contact details are never published, and access to them follows precise, logged rules.

What the supplier sees at once

• the type of facility (clinic, laboratory, practice…), the wilaya and the city;
• the equipment, quantities, condition wanted and services expected;
• the timeframe, urgency and budget range if you give one;
• your description, without any phone numbers or e-mails written in it.

What stays protected

• Your name, phone and e-mail are never shown publicly.
• You can share them yourself with a supplier who replied to you, and only that one.
• A subscribed supplier can unlock them within its plan's limit; every access is logged and counted.
• A request addressed to a specific supplier gives it your contact details, since you chose it.

For how long

Twelve months after a request is closed, your contact details, attachments and messages are erased; only anonymous data (category, wilaya, amounts) remains for statistics.

An account left unused for a long time is deleted after a warning by e-mail. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@medica-algerie.com.
