Export and backup

Download all of your company's data (profile, establishments, team, catalogue, history…) to keep it or move it elsewhere.

▶Video coming soon: Back up the company's data. Meanwhile, follow the steps below.

1. Open Settings › Export & backup (medica-algerie.com/en/app/parametres/sauvegarde).
2. Tick Include attachment files to get the files too.
3. Tick Protect with a password to encrypt the archive (AES-256; open it with 7-Zip, WinZip or Keka). Choose a password of at least 8 characters and confirm it.
4. Click Download backup.

You get a ZIP of JSON files.

It is not stored anywhere: if you lose it, the backup cannot be opened.

To export just a list (your offers, your received requests) as a spreadsheet, use Export on the page concerned.
