Requesters' contact details
You always see the full need. The requester's name, organisation, phone, e-mail and documents are protected and available under precise rules.
When you see them
The Requester's details section says why you see them:
| Reason | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Addressed to you | The requester chose you: their details are passed to you. |
| Shared by the requester | They shared them with you after your answer. |
| Unlocked | You used one of your plan's unlocks. |
| Full access | Your plan gives access to all contact details. |
| Free during the launch | During the launch period, every supplier sees requests in full. |
Unlock contact details
- In the request, Requester's details section, click Unlock the details.
- The counter shows the unlocks left this month ("3 unlocks of 5 left this month").
The quota renews on the 1st of the month. This month's unlocks are used up: buy an unlock pack or upgrade from Subscription. Every access is logged.
Without unlocking
Answer through messaging and send a quote: many requesters then share their details with the supplier who answered them best.
