With your e-mail and password

1. Open the Sign in page, or click Sign in at the top of the site.
2. Enter your E-mail and Password.
3. Click Sign in.

If two-factor authentication is on, a second step asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Tick Trust this device for 30 days so you are not asked again on your usual computer, then click Verify.

With a passkey

If you have added a passkey to your account:

1. On the sign-in page, click Sign in with a passkey.
2. Confirm with your fingerprint, face or device PIN.

No password to type.

You cannot sign in

• "Incorrect email or password.": check the address and capital letters, then use Forgot password.
• Your account was created by a quote request and you never chose a password: use Forgot password to set one.
• "Invalid code." (two-factor): check your phone's clock, wait for the next code, or use one of your backup codes.
• No access to your authenticator app or backup codes: write to contact@medica-algerie.com from your account's address.

Sign out

Open your account menu (your name or avatar), then click Sign out. To close your sessions on other devices, see Active sessions.
