Verify your e-mail address

Confirming that your e-mail address is yours is required before any action that writes to someone on your behalf: inviting a colleague, answering a quote request, sending a quote or a message.

Step by step

1. When an action needs it, the Verify your e-mail address box appears. Click Verify.
2. Click Send the code: a 6-digit code goes to your address.
3. Enter the code received, then click Confirm. The code is valid for 5 minutes.

"E-mail address verified." confirms it; the action you were doing can go on.

TIP

If you confirmed a quote request with a code received by e-mail, your address is already verified.

If something goes wrong

• "Wrong or expired code.": click Send a new code and use the new one.
• No e-mail: look in your spam folder, then send a new code.
