Follow your requests
All your quote requests are in My requests (medica-algerie.com/en/app/demandes).
The list
For each request: its title, the date sent, the number of items, its state (see the states) and badges: answers, quotes to review, unread messages. New request starts another one.
One request
Open it to see:
- the Equipment, Project, Documents and Details given;
- the suppliers' answers, one card per supplier: its message, its quotes, and the Conversation with it;
- the Compare the … quotes button once you have received several.
You are told by e-mail and in the bell about each answer, quote or message (see Notifications).
Cancel a request
Your need is gone or you found elsewhere? Open the request, click Cancel the request and confirm. Suppliers will no longer be able to answer it.
No answer yet?
The request keeps going out, in waves, to other suppliers if few have answered after 48 hours. If nobody offers this equipment, Medica Algérie's team is alerted and can search with you.
