Confirm your request
To prevent fake requests, each request is confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to your e-mail. It is only sent on once confirmed.
- After sending the form, the Confirm your request page appears.
- Open the e-mail and enter the Code received by e-mail.
- Click Confirm.
The Request … confirmed page tells you what happens next:
| Your situation | Result |
|---|---|
| No account with this address | Your Medica Algérie account is created and you are signed in: follow the answers from your space. To choose a password later, use Forgot password. |
| Already signed in | The request is linked to your account. |
| An account exists for this address | The request is linked to it: Sign in to follow the answers. |
Click Follow my request to open your space.
The code does not arrive
- Look in your spam folder.
- Send a new code is possible after a few seconds ("New code possible in … s").
- "No more codes for this request": send a new request.
- A request not confirmed within 7 days is deleted.
