Notifications
Medica Algérie tells you when something happens: an answer to your request, a quote received, a new request for your company, a message, a decision of the team…The bell
The bell, at the top of your space, shows recent notifications. See all opens the full list (medica-algerie.com/en/app/notifications), where you can:
- show Unread only;
- Mark as read or Mark as unread;
- Mark all as read.
You see the open company's notifications and your personal ones (your quote requests, your claims).
Choose what you receive
In Settings › Notifications (medica-algerie.com/en/app/parametres/notifications):
- My requests and claims: answers to your requests, quotes, suppliers' messages, your claims, whatever company is open.
- Your company: what your role receives (new requests, reminders, messages, payments, campaigns…).
- For each type, choose the channels: App, E-mail, and Push if turned on.
- For e-mail, choose E-mail each time or One digest a day (8 am).
"Preferences saved." confirms the change.
Anti-spam
Past 5 e-mails of new requests or messages in an hour, the next ones are grouped in one e-mail. Each e-mail links to the preferences page.
Notifications on this device (push)
Get your new requests and messages even with the site closed, on desktop and Android.
- In Notifications on this device, click Turn on for this device and accept the browser's prompt.
- Click Send a test to check.
- On iPhone: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, open Medica Algérie from the icon and come back to this page.
- "Notifications are blocked": allow them in your browser's site settings, then reload the page.
A push notification never shows contact details. Your other devices lists the registered devices; Remove this device unregisters one.
