Subscription and payment

Each company has its plan: Free to start, with no time limit and no card. Paid plans give access to requesters' contact details, team tools and priority in sending. Details and prices (excluding tax, VAT on top, two months free on annual billing): pricing.

Only the company's admins manage the subscription.

See your plan

Settings › Subscription (medica-algerie.com/en/app/parametres/abonnement) shows Your plan, its status (Active, Payment due, Canceled, Ended), its renewal or end date, and the company's Usage against the plan's limits (seats, establishments, offers, storage…). A reached limit only blocks new additions: nothing is deleted.

Subscribe or change plan

1. In Plans, choose Monthly or Annual.
2. Click Choose (or Upgrade) on the plan you want.
3. Check the summary (price excluding tax, VAT, total; the time left on your current plan may be deducted).
4. Pay by transfer (BaridiMob, CCP or bank transfer): see below.

Moving to a lower plan is scheduled for the end of the current period (Switch at renewal): you keep your current plan until then.

Pay by transfer and send the receipt

1. After Send the request, the Pay by transfer box shows the Amount to pay, a Reference and the Payment details.
2. Pay by BaridiMob, CCP or bank transfer, writing the reference in the transfer's label.
3. Come back to the page and click Send the receipt:
   • Paid with (BaridiMob, CCP transfer, bank transfer);
   • Transaction number;
   • Receipt: photo or PDF, 10 MB max;
   • Note for our team (optional).
4. Click Send.

The receipt goes Under review. The plan starts once the team has checked it; you are told (Payment validated) and the invoice is issued. A Rejected receipt shows the reason: send another one (Send another receipt).

Add-ons

• Unlock pack: extra requester contact details for the current month, without changing plan.
• Sponsored product: see Advertising.

Cancel

Cancel plan: you keep it until the end of the paid period, then the company moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Keep my plan undoes the cancellation.
